Greetings!

I've agreed again to coordinate a Silent Auction for the Seward 
Neighborhood Group Annual Meeting.
You need to participate by donating to the Auction. Please!! Help SNG 
and help me avoid looking like a surrender monkey.

What can you give?

Some ideas:
Are you going on vacation this winter? Offer a postcard or letter from 
a far away place.
Do you cook? Sew? Knit? Woodwork? Offer a certificate for your skill.
Moving? Offer some of your cast-off stuff before you pack it.
Make a value  proposition out of a piece of art, an old appliance, or a 
tool.
Think out of the box.

To participate:
Decide what you want to donate.
Send me an e-mail message using this format. Use the subject line to 
name the item you're donating. Use the body of your message to describe 
the item, suggest a price, make a minimum bid, and promote your cool 
thingy.

Send your donation message to me by midnight on Saturday, November 6, 
2004.
Plan to have your donation at the SNG Annual Meeting on Wednesday, 
November 10, 2004.
