[Sng-discuss] Donate to SNG's Annual Meeting Silent Auction

Greetings!
 (Sorry about posting to multiple lists.)

Many folks have offered items for the Silent Auction! Here are the
simple rules to donate.

You may donate your own items or recruit items from other sources.
(I'm getting already stuff from Zipp's and Seward Co-op)

Any donor of items must meet the following criteria:

Donors must send me an e-mail message for each item they wish to donate.

Subject heading should follow this construction:
     SNG Auction [two or three word description of item]

In the body of your message write a short description of your item.
Maximum of 50 words.
For example, this is 42 words:
     This beautiful lamp was scavenged from
     the dry, dessert, depths of a Khartoum basement 
     during a weekend getaway that began in Pepin WI 
     and ended with a romantic evening in Paris. 
     Winning bidder gets the full story as well as the lamp.

Use a separate e-mail for each item.

You must send your e- mailto:riese@tcfreenet.org by 5:00 p.m. Wednesday,
November 12. 

You must deliver any donated items to Matthews Center between 3 - 5:30
p.m. on Thursday, November 13.

No exceptions.
