E in south Minneapolis) will be available for rent Jan 15 or Feb 1.

stove), garbage, water,included in rent. High speed Internet also
provided.

Officially 2 bedroom, third bedroom/den is small with no closet.  One
bath, with shower, Living room, dinning room and large kitchen, back
deck, front porch.  Hardwood floors in most rooms. Front porch and back
deck. Shared use of basement for storage, fenced yard, across from park.
Pets OK with prior approval and increased damage deposit. No smoking.
Tenants can pick paint colors for walls (within reason).
