A discussion paper on birth parent issues has been prepared by Judy Jeffrey,
a Canadian birthmother.  We are forwarding it to this list and invite you to
read it and comment.  Judy will be speaking about her paper at the meeting
of the NACAC/ACC Taskforce on Canadian Issues in Adoption in Vancouver on
Friday, August 8 at 7.30 pm. This meeting will take place during NACAC's
annual conference, August 7 to 9, in Vancouver at the Sheraton Wall Centre
