I am asking that if you plan to attend either of these meetings, that you let me know (email always works best). March Meeting Logistics Date: Wednesday, March 21st Time: 10 am - Noon Meeting Location: Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy 2105 1st Avenue South Minneapolis, MN 55404 (directions) We will meet in the Stevens Avenue Conference room. This is the building behind the IATP's 1st Avenue building. The conference room is in the back of the building. Free parking is available between the two buildings on a first come first serve basis. Street parking is also available (first come, first serve). If you plan on attending this meeting, please confirm by replying to this email so I can confirm the number of people we will have attending. April Summit Planning Meeting Date: Tuesday, April 10th (one month before the Summit) Location: Cragun's Resort Time: 10 am - 2 pm If you are interested in attending this meeting please confirm by replying to this email. We will be connecting people together to carpool and I will also need a head count for lunch. At this meeting we will be doing a walk through of Cragun's resort in preparation for the Summit. It appears that everyone's calendars are busy this month and there is really not a lot more to report at this time. I will encourage you to go online and register for the Summit if you have not done so already. (Our early bird registration rate of $185 is good through next Friday). Good news, as of today, we have 110 people registered for the Summit! We are well on our way. I encourage you to join us for our final planning meeting Tuesday, April 10th from 10 am - 2 pm at Cragun's in Brainerd. We will be doing a final walk through and looking for volunteers to help us out during the Summit. If you'd like to volunteer to help and can't make the meeting - send me a message and let me know you are willing to help (I'm sure we will be able to find something for you to do!)
