Respected Community Experts Join MAP staff Rick Menk, Accountant Rick Menk's work experience includes 11 years of accounting in both the nonprofit sector, as well as accounting time in the for profit sector. His nonprofit work includes positions at the American Red Cross and the Hmong American Partnership. Rick is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in Business Administration. In 2005, he became a Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (CNAP.)
