Welcome to the Community Champions Network (CCN) list serve! Through the backing of Jockey International's Jockey Being Family Initiative, the North American Council on Adoptable Children is working in eight communities across the U.S. and Canada to build community coalitions that will work to create, implement, and fund post permanency support services. Through the list serve, we hope to keep everyone connected and to keep building on our creative flow and successes.
